Tosangana built capacity at local level regarding UNSCR 1325 in Congo, e.g. at the level of municipalities, and linked local level authorities with national level government departments. Tosangana contributed to the development of the second Congo NAP 1325. The organisation further strengthened women’s participation in government as well as justice and security sector.
