By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Identify and analyse the specific learning needs of diverse audiences 

  • Design engaging training programmes that balance knowledge transfer, skill development, and awareness-raising 

  • Apply adult learning methods that are problem- and action oriented

  • Ensure that trainings are inclusive, culturally sensitive, and conflict-sensitive, especially when addressing sensitive or complex topics 

  • Manage group dynamics and facilitation for people from different contexts with differing (hierarchical) expectations, and communication styles

  • Evaluate training impact and effectiveness to continuously improve training approaches and outcomes
