WPHF seeks to fund qualifying national, regional or international NGOs with experience working with local and grassroots civil society organisations in the Philippines – including non-registered and youth organisations – to enhance their institutional capacity and sustain their work on WPS-HA across the country. Specifically, selected I/NGO partners will apply for grants not exceeding $250,000 USD to:

• Support non-registered women’s rights organisations in the preparation for and registration process as legal entities to continue their work in WPS-HA.
• Provide technical training and support on proposal writing and resource mobilisation strategies to local women’s rights organisations through both in-person workshops, meetings and virtual sessions.
• Provide technical training on financial management, strategic planning and development of anticorruption plans and prevention of sexual harassment and abuse policies and mechanisms.
