The annual diaspora networking meeting was organized by NAP Signatories MWPN, PV&DV and VvVM. Women from the diaspora community held discussions around women refugees and safety. One of the recommendations which came out of the discussion was: Integration is more than learning the Dutch language. Integration has to come from both sides, both from the refugees as from the Dutch society. Municipalities and NGOs in the Netherlands should invest in refugees with attention, commitment and finances.
