ZOA observed positive outcomes in protection of women and girls, support for GBV survivors and addressing harmful gender norms. The work requires strong training components, sufficient time and resources. In the conflict affected contexts where ZOA works contextual changes frequently impact what is possible and how people engage with each other and certain topics. The data shows that despite positive results there is much to learn and to improve.
