ZOA is an international relief and recovery organisation supporting vulnerable people affected by violent conflicts and natural disasters in fragile states, by helping them to rebuild their livelihoods. Countries where ZOA is present are Burundi, Colombia, DR Congo, Ethiopia, Iraq, Liberia, Myanmar, Nigeria, South sudan, Sudan, Syria, Uganda, Ukraine and Yemen.

What type of investments will you make to contribute to the selected outcome(s)?



Focus on ZOA's contribution to the WPS outcomes is the improved participation of women in local peace committees and local peace processes, and improved access of women to conflict resolution. Another important contribution is the Community Based Sociotherapy approach which supports women (and men) for an improved participation and voice of women in peace processes and local governance.
